Embedded inside is Prehnite, this is an amazing stone because it helps to bridge the gap between the physical world and the spirit world. This helps to encourage lucid dreaming which makes dreams easier to remember and nightmares are reduced.

We have been thinking a lot about nightmares lately, especially ones that are repetitive….. which is the inspiration behind a little game we came up with!
