SUMMER SOLSTICE SALE

WHEN DOES THE CRYSTAL BAR SUMMER SOLSTICE SALE START AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

The Sale is to help us clear out past stock, old stones, etc and product will be available until it is sold out. **Please Note we have very small quantities of limited edition items that could sell out fast.
 

WHICH ITEMS WILL BE DISCOUNTED AND AT WHAT PERCENTAGE?

EVERYTHING* on the site will be anywhere from 20-70% off depending on the product.
*not including gift cards.
 

WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED DURING THE SALE?

 For many of our products we are adding them to the site to sell them out so once they are gone, they will not be restocked. For items that we plan to carry forward if they sell out they may or may not be restocked depending on the demand for the sale. 
 

POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS...

During the Summer Sale, please do not pay for extra shipping we are unable to sort via shipping opinion and due to demand manually sorting orders is not an options. Overs over $40 will get free shipping which is most often an expedited shipping rate anyways. 
Orders will ship in the order they are received or processed based on items selected. Because of high demands it is often easier for us to pack the all orders of the same product together therefore some order may get processed sooner... but this allows us to fulfill more people in a faster way. 
Due to exceptional volumes during our sales, orders may take up to 7-10 working days to dispatch. BUT our goal is to have them out much sooner! We seriously appreciate your patience during this time.
 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note, there will be no order cancellation option during the Summer Sale.
We also cannot change your delivery address, once your order has been confirmed.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

If you have placed two separate orders, we are unfortunately, unable to combine these or refund shipping charges.
This also includes being able to add to your order, remove an item or amend sizes.

ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IN THE CART?

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated once payment has been confirmed. 
If an item does happen to go out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we recommend proceeding with your payment for the remaining items in your cart. If you go back to add another item, you risk the website resetting your place in the queue.
Please note, that any items in your cart prior to the sale, will be removed when the website updates on June 3rd to launch the Summer Sale.
