Self Care Routine Guide To Benefit Your Life

Regardless of how busy we are, our health and well-being should always be our top priority. The benefits of focusing on self-awareness—of tuning into your body and taking the time to nourish it properly—are profound: Self-care practices should be incorporated into your daily routine not only for the sake of your mental health, but also because study shows that these practices boost our self-esteem, creativity, and productivity. Not to mention, we also have more pleasure, make wiser choices, cultivate healthier relationships, and speak more clearly.

Wellness and mental health is about whatever you need to feel happier or more relaxed. For some, relaxing is in a bubble bath with a glass of wine while watching a a new series on hulu. While others might choose to prepare a decadent dessert, practice yoga, chat online with a therapist, take a solo walk around the neighborhood, or subscribe to a self-care subscription service. Others choose to do it by lighting a delicately scented candle and spending an hour reading, completing a jigsaw puzzle, or journaling.

I think the biggest thing I have learn and now preach to all is SELF CARE LOOKS DIFFERENT, & FEELS DIFFERENT FOR ALL. One of my favorite sayings is "you can't pour from an empty cup" so the way I see it is self care should be things that refill you.
