How To Use

•Before use, let hot water run for several minutes to moisturize the air.


•It’s best to place the shower steamers just out of the way of the direct stream of water.If you have an edge in your tub you can place it on there. 


•Breathe in deeply as the essential oils vaporize into the air.

KEY INGREDIENTS

  • MENTHOL CRYSTALS

    When they are dissolved as part of the shower steamer, you inhale the the vapors, which give a cooling and soothing sensation, which soothes congestion, irritated nasal or throat passages.  Tehy promote easier breathing and offer temporary relief from nasal congestion.

  • EUCALPTUS ESSENTIAL OIL

    Eucalyptus oil has a strong minty aroma, which is great foralleviating stress and lessen mental fatigue. But that’s not all that it does. Eucalyptus oil can also increase energy, and brainwave activity by reducing mental fatigue

  • WARM WATER

    Get the most out of your shower steamer. The hot water creates steam which allows the scent to carry up and fill the room.

    If you don't like hot showers, run the hot water for a few moments before you get in to get the steam flowing, than turn it down.
