Dear Collectors - Due to a recent update with Shopify and our Loyality program we are unable to edit out checkout which was essential for offering free shipping. We are still under contact and cannot switch to a new program so for now we have a "free shipping" coupon that you can redeem for free shipping at checkout.

How Do I Join?
Go to https://www.crystalbarsoap.com/account/login and create an account. Once done, log in as usual and account will automatically sync.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Right above this tab is a section called "How to use your points". Select "Redeem My Points" to see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
Do My Points Expire
Points are valid for 24 months from earning it. This allows us to send you a reminder email before they expire to remind you to return ot the rituals of self-care :)
