Are all of your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! All products are tested on us humans and never animals! We only use the safest and high-quality ingredients from trusted vegan companies.
*Many of our products do contain essential oils. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from a health condition.

What size are your soaps?
Crystal Bar Soap currently sells circle bars, large bars, and mini bars. Our circle bars are 6," large bars are 3.5" x 2.5" x 1.25" and mini bars are 2.5" x 1.75" x 1.25."
Do all of your products come with a crystal inside?
Yes! Each product description states what crystal you will find inside your bath goodie.
*Although we do our best to ensure the crystals in our products are perfectly tumbled and smooth, some may have rough edges that could scratch or cut the skin. We advise to be careful while using and to always be conscious of the stone inside. Please also be cautious with using our bath bombs around younger children as small objects (such as crystals) can become a choking hazard.
What ingredients do you use?
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and never tested on animals.

What should I do if I received an incorrect order?
We're here to help if something is off about your order! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with a photo and your order number so we can fix it.
Do you offer gift cards?
We know that finding the perfect gift can be a personal experience, that's why we created the Crystal Bar Soap gift card! Let your loved one pick what calls to them.
Here’s how our gift cards work: gift cards are delivered by email after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical gift cards. If you'd like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours. Or feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the gift card afterwards.
Gift cards are available in $10,$15, $25, $30, $5 0and $100 increments only and there are no additional processing fees.
Gift cards are available to use at crystalbarsoap.com only (not available for in-store purchases). Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, but they do not expire!
Do you offer payment installment plans?
Yes! We offer both AfterPay and Shop Pay installments on orders $50+.

How long will my order take to ship?
We typically ship out packages within 5-8 business days. Please note that regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, our fulfillment times remain. Due to COVID-19, some of our suppliers are experiencing delays as well so please stay patient as we work to get your order out as soon as possible.
What should I do if my package is stuck in transit or has been marked delivered but never arrived?
We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost or stolen. If there is no secure location for your package to be delivered, we highly suggest selecting Priority Mail as your shipping option because it insures all packages up to 100 USD. If your package has been shipped out but never arrives to you, we advise filing a claim with your designated postal service. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our bath and body products. After your order has been shipped, all sales are final. We do offer refunds on products that arrive damaged, with a photo provided.
Please note: We evaluate the damaged product using the photos provided and issue either partial or full refunds based on this assessment.
