We recommend using an amount of salt that correlates with your body weight.
Children under 60 lbs: ½ cup
Individuals between 60-100 lbs: 1 cup
Individuals between 100-150 lbs: 1½ cups
Individuals between 150-200 lbs: 2 cups
For every 50lbs more – add an additional ½ cup of salts.
How To Use

Start to fill the bathtub with hot/warm water.
Scatter your desired amount of salt as your tub fills with water.
*To enhance its power sprinkle it in a circle and stand within it as you fill the tub.
Place the crystal in the bathtub as the water is filling the tub.
Make sure the salt is dissolved before entering.
Soak and enjoy the wonderful vibrations!
